Colin had to eat his lunch as we walked around
Ella loves this sculpture, The Two-Headed Donkey
At the Live Reindeer display
They were surprisingly large
So amazed!
After watching the reindeer for a bit, we walked around and did some crafts. The center had set up a lot of fun activities for the kids that day.
Here, Ella is making a hanging bird feeder (a bagel with shortening on it and sprinkled with seeds)
Ready to hang on a tree in our yard
Here is is stringing cheerios on a string for squirrels
Showing me her hanging squirrel feeder (she also made some "reindeer food" to sprinkle in our yard on Christmas Eve)
There were two reindeer antlers that the kids could touch
They even had a reading of Stranger in the Woods for the kids
Colin is a man on the move these days and didn't really sit for the story, but he sure did have fun!
